Suzi has over 30 years experience in telecommunications cabling. Her interest in the industry started early, with a Bachelors thesis on the Feasibility of Fiber Optic Telecommunications. She brings to the company her strong business acumen and extensive new business development skills. In her free time, Suzi enjoys camping, traveling and gardening.

Mark Sutton, RCDD

Mark has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications cabling industry. His focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction allows ITG to consistently deliver for our clients. When he is not in the office, Mark can usually be found training for his next Iron Man competition (he’s already completed two!)

 James Worley, BICSI

James has over 25 years experience in the telecommunications networking industry. In 2009, he managed the Fiber Optic installation at the University of Arkansas Razorback Stadium. He currently manages installations at the University of Washington, where he ensures excellent customer relations throughout his projects. For fun, he loves to paddleboard in Puget Sound.

Debi Shatos, ECSE Administrative Director

Debi joined ITG in 2014 as an administrative specialist. She brought her strong organizational skills and an eye for process improvement to the team. She is an Ekahau Certified Survey Engineer, skilled in Designing WiFi networks and performing post-installation heat map surveys. In her spare time, she enjoys riding her horse and gardening.

Stephanie Sutton

Stephanie’s telecom industry career began in 1995 working in Purchasing and Inventory Control. Since 2006, she has administered the financial aspects of ITG’s operations. Areas of expertise include Bookkeeping, Software Management, Accounting and Reconciliations, Tax Management, and Payroll Administration. Stephanie’s outside interests include walking with friends, volunteering in her community and anything involving her grandchildren.

Brittany joined the ITG team in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. She supports all areas of ITG operations with her excellent organizational, administrative, and customer service skills. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys exploring the beautiful PNW while hiking and camping.
